"Definitely not as bad as some reviews are saying - I stayed here for 4 days and there weren't many issues. There is a lot of construction going on outside but I was rarely there during the day and it was quiet at night which is what mattered to me. The walls are very thin but other guests were quiet so it wasn't much of a bother. "My partner and I stayed here on our last night in England for the convenience of getting to our flight the next morning. We didn’t arrive till 21:00, but we were still able to order a delicious bit of room service that accepted orders till 22:00. The space was clean, and the beds comfy for a restful sleep before our flight. The continental breakfast was very plentiful including lots of coffee machines, tons of tea options, and even a waffle iron! Also, the signage from the underground was plentiful, so we found our way pretty easily. "
