"No where to check in or out . No one on the premises. Did find someone who didnt speak english. Had to wait for the owner to arrive. . Rooms dirty. decor nice but not done to nice standard. No one on site over night and no contact number given ICE. No one on site in the morning to check out and nowhere to leave key. just left in room . sash Windows in room do not stay open had to use a cup to hold it up. no fan or aircon. TV had splashes all over screen. Bathroom dirty. Glasses had dirty rim...

"Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied.
