"Second year in a row, we've stayed at palm court hotel. Loved the room. Had everything i needed also, we had breakfast this year, which was excellent. The staff were very friendly as usual. Excellent parking, which is a huge bonus. Definitely going back next year. "

"Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer."

"Having stayed in Great Yarmouth hotels for many years, the Prom is clearly the best we have experienced to date.Our room with a sea view was very comfortable.The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. The food is very good. All round excellent value for money."

"Great hotel, right on the seafront in good proximity to the Brittania pier. The rooms were spacious and bed was very comfy. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Great selection for breakfast, including gluten free options (i'm coeliac). The restaurant served dinner too but didn’t sample this on this visit. Car park to rear of hotel, tight access but free. They kindly let us check out 30 mins late as we wanted todo the loacl parkrun and shower afterwards. Very accommodating."
