"We have just stayed in the Prom Hotel overnight and had a wonderful stay. Staff on arrival really friendly and check was quick and efficient. We were in the family suite, which was two separate rooms with a small adjoining corridor and lockable door. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy and quality bedding, however carpets were tired and could do with replacing but hotel itself was lovely and modern. "Tried ringing hotel got no answer had to leave family early to check everything was ok at the hotel. Lady on reception was very nice. Explained there had been some technical problems. All was ok asked for more pillows sorted very quick. Had dripping taps but did not spoil the stay. Lady on reception put some balloons and a sign on the door for my birthday that was lovely. Would go back "
