"The staff only works half days, which makes it difficult for them to be of much assistance to guests. Also, bad elevator, but at least there was an elevator! The front gate was hard to get into. Some of the facilities access buttons were broken and trying to figure everything out was sometimes difficult. But once we got it all figured out (when it was time to leave) it was good!"

"Very pleasant staff. We rented three rooms, which at first glance had a cool anesthetic/theatrical feel (silver super graphics on the walks and a fun/quirky decor). But the closer you looked the more problems there were - some more problematic than others. A few examples include missing bathroom doors, broken off and missing soap dispensers at the sink, Q-tip from previous occupant on the floor. "Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."

Air-con not working first night but provided with fan and fixed next day, as was toilet flush mechanism. Excellent breakfast and friendly service. Shame window could not be opened at night as shutters only way of keeping out light. "

"Comfy three night stay. Our room had a window view of the street, twin room. Shared Bathroom across the hall always kept clean, no issues. Quiet in the hotel at night. Very central located so can walk. There is a bar down below and we did find this noisy even if window closed. Our room was a bit hot in the arvo as sun came through so would not like that in summer and blinds do not keep it out or the light. Windows had to be open at night so yes very noisy, but I slept ok on and off. Windows...

"This is a lovely hotel. Only 8 mins from the old town. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. The taxi from the airport takes about 25 mins and cost 20 Euros. The only downside is the rooms don’t have windows so there is no natural light. They are very comfortable. "Central location right by the bus station. It was super easy to get around and walk to whatever tourist attraction you wanted to see. About 15 minutes to colosseum and 20ish minutes to Trevi Fountain. Very clean and staff was very friendly! "

"The room was spacious and clean. The porter Ricky was very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great tips on places to viait and eat. The location was great. The only negative ia that it's a 3 story walk up without an elevator. We would stay here again. "
