"the man and women at the front desk were amazing. they went above and beyond for us. we were in a car accident (rear ended) on our first day in Iceland (about 15 minutes from the cottages) and were very stuck as we couldn’t drive the car or make phone calls. we got in contact with them and they not only picked us up but moved us into a room in the main part of the building so that we could be close to the front desk to use their phones to make many calls back and forth to our car rental company....

"Great views and location - waterfall is about a 20 min walk from the cottages. Cottage is well-appointed with everything you may need. We had an issue during our stay and reached out to management who was very quick to respond and work toward resolving our issue. Despite the issue we had, we would book there again"

"We got stuck in snow traveling up the road to our cottage, and it was very scary for us. The road should have been closed sooner than it was, but nevertheless our host helped and came to get us. He drove us from our stuck rental car to our cottage and then brought us back to the car the following morning and helped us dig our car out (literally shoveled our car out with us)!!!! "The cabin was large, spacious, and clean. Beds were comfortable and private with 2 separate bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property. "

"Everything was as described in listing. Small but comfortable cabin. Heating worked great, good shower with plenty of hot water. Everything you would need in the kitchen. wifi was ok not the best strength you wouldnt be able to stream on it but t.v was missing anyway. I would recommend."

"Very basic, no frills. It should, I feel, be made clear that you need to bring your own bedding and towels as by the time you've paid to hire these you could have stayed somewhere a lot better! You're also required to clean before you leave. Chalet clean enough apart from bathroom being rather smelly. "
