Great central location convenient to train and metro station. Interesting building history and architecture, and great staff and breakfast room. Only downside was our room was above the reception and overlooked the busy and popular pedestrian street, so noise was noticeable until nearly midnight, then started early with interior noise from other guests in reception and stairwell. Overall we would still recommend this small hotel, as it was a great location in the city and we enjoyed our stay in Porto.

Perfect spot!

We had an amazing stay! The location is fantastic, the staff is lovely & helpful, the hotel itself is great (original touches), the room was cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend and gladly stay here again!

Great location. Room was small and the smallest hotel bathroom I’ve ever stayed in with a tiny shower cubicle. Breakfast was average. Staff were nice and the place was clean.

This hotel was a top stay for us. It was located right in the middle of everything so you could explore the city and restaurants with ease. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly and kind staff who talked us through the amenities and walked us to our room. The Breakfast in the mornings were delightful and delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. All in all this is the place to stay when visiting the city

It was a well restored querky hotel in a good location. Originally built in the 16th century with a room allowed for a reading room with a light good enough to allow easy reading and board games and a stocked fridge funded by an honesty board. Loved it
