"The hotel was charming and the staff was excellent!"

"We had a good experience here. The staff communicated with us ahead of our arrival and gladly assisted us as we checked in. We made this our home base for nine nights. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels and linens were provided each time. Everything worked well in the rooms. Granted, it’s noisy on this block and a crew of young guys loiters on the sidewalk well into the night, but no one bothered us. We quickly got used to them. "We rented a room with a balcony, and were delighted with the accommodations. Plenty of room for our family, great location (close to the Spanish Steps), and the apartment was equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator & washing machine. It was like having an actual home in Rome, and the staff were very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return!"

"rain water coming through the bathroom ceiling, the only view was onto a roof and very messy court yard, (but there is'nt much they can do as it is not there property) the room was in a good state of repair and clean, the bathroom was recently upgraded except the shower had to be held because there was no riser bar. the bed was very compfy and the refreshments left for us was very nice. we enjoyed the breakfast"

"This hotel is in a fantastic location, about 3 minute walk from Rialto Bridge! We stayed in a room with 4 single beds. The room was nice as well as a great bathroom. We did find the beds rather hard and the AC stopped working on our third night, so it was very warm in the room. Overall I would stay here again, but for a younger crowd that does not have chronic back pain."

"Nice boutique hotel in great location between train station and old town. Very easy check in even though we were a little late. Plenty of restaurants around hotel. Need to look for address numbers when following google maps to hotel. It takes you a couple of blocks past. Would definitely stay here again when in Bari. "

"This was the best location ever!!! Walk to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon basically everything was within walking distance. We walked to Vatican and Colosseum. Rooms were beyond charming and everything and everyone at the hotel was simply amazing!!! "
