The rooms were spacious and very clean. Despite the hotel’s central location, it was very quiet, and almost everything was within a 5-minute walk. The only reasons I’m giving a slightly lower rating are that the shower had very little water pressure when using the shower hose, and the coffee in the room cost €2.50. The fridge also had water, juice, and snacks available for €2.50 each, which is understandable, but I think that coffee should be complimentary. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and really appreciated the cleanliness, spacious rooms, quiet atmosphere, and excellent location.

The location is perfect...a few minutes' walk from the most popular areas but in a quieter district for sleeping well at night. The staff was very helpful and made some great recommendations for truly local restaurants with delicious, affordable food. I really enjoyed my stay. I was traveling on my own and felt very safe in the hotel and in the neighborhood.

The hotel is in a perfect location to walk everywhere which I love. 3 mins walking distance from Baixa-Chiado train station which is very convenient. Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

All Good, staff were friendly let us store our bags before check in and after checking out. Allowed us to have an early check in too. Great location for a first visit to Lisbon. Rooms were clean however could probably do with some upkeep in some areas. AC worked a treat.

Bad: shower had black mold, holder for spray nozzle was broken, hair dryer didn't work, safe was broken and I think I saw little roaches. Location was lovely, close to shops and restaurants. Very dark interior, very old small elevator, we chose to take the stairs. In the room there was poor ventilation. Air conditioning unit made noises all night. Very noisy at night from street below. Otherwise for one night it was decent for the price.
