"Had a good stay overall, though this was our least favorite accommodation during our trip to Sicily. I’ll give the pros and then the cons. Pros: huge room, included a small kitchen like an airbnb, great WiFi, very clean and modern, right next to Ortigia and a bunch of wonderful restaurants. Cons: reception is not open during any set hours, so arrival and departure is very annoying as you need to communicate endlessly with the owners, which is not enjoyable for people on vacation (indeed, many...

"The property was quite hard to find and in a quiet dark street which as a solo female traveller, felt a little uncomfortable. Once inside though, the room was fine for my needs if a little basic and the lady at breakfast was lovely "

"Lovely property full of character, with a lovely courtyard garden. Access off the street easy w code, location of room key was confusing but Antonio was available by text. Location is 20 min walk to most places we wanted to see. Quiet area on the edge of town, the jumpy tourist in me would be hesitant to walk alone at night but no one ever bothered us. Room was completely quiet, AC was very welcome. Breakfast offerings were basic but provided excellent fresh coffee to order, fresh...

"We had an amazing stay at Ferrini Homes. Our apartment was vey clean and had everything we could’ve needed! Very walkable location close to many good restaurants. Our host was communicative and made the check-in process very easy. "

"Very ancient building had both ambiance and charm but also some drawbacks like stairs and noise echoes. Very unique accommodation in superb location. "

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."
