Bed and Breakfast in Dublin

"Great location and great price. I had to carry my luggage up 3 sets of steps and that was tricky. The internet did not work in my room, I spoke to the receptionist to let them know, and never got better. We were near the public transit, and heard that all night. Breakfast was limited. "

"I was only in Dublin for the day/night, however the experience at 31 was superb. Staff were friendly, attentive and dedicated to service excellence. From the beginning to my departure I was looked after. The room was immaculate and well appointed and deserved the price point. The candle gift was a lovely touch as were the sweet treats! The exterior terrace was very nice and the fire was very pleasant. Highly recommend for a quick visit and or if you are staying for longer. I will be back...

"Excellent location with bus stops (to city center and to/from airport) directly in front of unit. Spotless facility. Bathroom clean and very nice. Excellent breakfast (custom order and cooked fresh). The host could not be more helpful with recommendations/information. Room was very quiet. "

"Great place to sleep in Dublin for a night or two. Room was huge - there were 2 of us but it could have slept 6! It was about a 20 minute walk to the centre which was perfect for exploring and the price was excellent compared to other hotels. It was self-check-in so we didn't see any staff."

"Very nice place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and the hosts were fantastic and helpful. This is a beautiful area, so make sure to do a tour at the castle and go to the beach. Very close to the car rentals near the airport. I expected it to be a little noisy with the airport nearby and being just off a busy road, but that wasn’t the case at all. Very quiet."

"Stephen and Maria were at the door to great us on our arrival which was an an excellent way to make us feel very welcome after a long day of travel. Helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Stephen explained everything about the area, how to get there and the best places to eat. My wife and I felt very comfortable indeed. Excellent breakfast, great way to start the day."

"This is a nice guest house. We stayed in a large room with enough beds to fit our whole family. There is a fridge and a microwave in the common area. The breakfast was affordable and good. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was large, but it had a strong unpleasant smell that was overpowering, even with windows open. "

"Lovely room with great black out curtains as I needed a small nap. Wifi great. I really liked the private area for guests to eat, overlooked the garden. The bathroom was huge which for a girl is great. There was a little box on the floor which had items you could take if you forgot something, had never seen that before, lovely little touch. Great location if using the rail network, 5 mins walk. I walked to the sea which was 10 mins away. Would be back and highly recommend"

"This property is in a great location - we walked everywhere we needed to, including Guinness which was the farthest but still not that far. We were able to check in very early which was incredibly convenient. The room was a bit small but that wasn't surprising given the small footprint of the hotel and being in the city. "
