EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT: THE SHOWER FLOODED OUT INTO THE BATHROOM WHENEVER YOU TOOK A SHOWER. ALSO, THE LIGHTING IN THE BATHROOM WAS DIM MAKING IT DIFICULT TO APPLY MAKEUP. THE ROOM WAS GREAT, STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, THE BREAKFAST WAS FANASTIC. GREAT LITTLE PLACE TO STAY.

We loved our stay at number 31. The hotel itself is very charming and unique. The room was a very very nice size. The staff was incredibly helpful especially Joanne who went out of her way to ensure that we were making the most of our time there. The thing they don’t tell you is that the breakfast that they include in the room stay will be one of the best breakfasts you have in Dublin. Incredibly delish!!

We stayed at this property 20 years ago. We loved it then and now. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely setting. Thanks to Delia and her staff. Rest of staff was also very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The only negative for us was that the rooms were too hot. Thank you.

From the warm welcome on arrival through to our leaving, the staff were excellent. Our room was an adequate size, and everything was clean and tidy including the ensuite bathroom. The breakfast provided by Delia was exceptional. A great choice of options, and everything was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked.
