"Grounds are big and beautiful! Lots of wildlife and beauty....Everyone we met was very friendly, room service especially surprised me. Lots of stuff to do for kids!! Mini zoo, water park, pool, indoor play area and an "ok" beach for playing in the sand. Food was survivable at the buffet. Slightly better at restaurants. Drinks at bars were lackluster. Beer was fine. Biggest issue for me was sanitation. That many kids in the buffets and pool areas make for germ city! And there were literally...

"This is a very large resort and lots of walking is required. Very quiet at night, no real place to sit and have a nice drink after hours. Pretty much a ghost town after midnight. They are very happy to give rides if required and staff will a friendly! "

"Loved the resort, we had free access to Xcaret Park because of Expedia. LOTS to do at the resort due to the park being walkable and next to it. One downfall is food was terrible and chefs did not use gloves."

"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "
