Staff is good. Hotel is a bit far from downtown but there are buses running every 15 minutes. The hotel is very simple, but if you are just staying the night and spending the day at the city is ok.

Good value for the money!

Great stay and amazing value for the price! It was fast and easy to check in and out and the rooms were very clean. Beds were nice and we all (party of 3) had a great stay.

This property is a good place to stay if you have a car. It's far from the centre of town so it is not for backpackers. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed here with our children and it suited our purpose. Breakfast each morning was totally well set up. We would stay here again.

Since we booked via Hotels.com(expedia) the hotel got the bookings separately and therefore our rooms ended up in each side of the hotel. Nice personnel in the reception, and we got free transportation with the local buses.

Great overall hotel for a big family with kids... we stayed in one of those 2 connected rooms and it was perfect for a family... very clean and only 5 min walk to the train and/or bus station (9 min trip to Innsbruck city center). I would definitely recommend it if you are trying to visit Innsbruck but not break the bank.

the structure reflects my expectations, friendly staff, clean structure but with minimal services (the mimibar fridge is missing); pay attention to room assignment; on the west side the rooms overlook the motorway exit (very busy from the early hours of the morning)

Touring Europe

We arrived due to our flight, the receptionist was very rude saying we could have our room at 3 , she gave us no information about where we could wait , we left our bags behind the desk . At 3 we asked if our room was ready , she looked at her watch and said yes and just gave us a key , again no information. The room was the farthest away , very basic 1 small bottle of water left . Towels were not changed in 4 days we were there, they just emptied our bin .

Het ontbijt was NIET GRATIS maar dat heeft ons er niet van weerhouden om echt te genieten van het rijk geassortimenteerde ontbijt! We mochten zelfs nog 2 broodjes de man mee nemen als lunch voor de dag! Een beetje jammer was dat het hotel is gelegen in een industrieel gebied maar het uitzicht op de bergen van Innsbruck maakte veel goed!
