I gave this hotel 5 stars because of the location and the hotel itself is really comfortable and clean.
The ONLY problem we had was when we tried to get breakfast for room service. There is a menu that you can hang on your door before 1 AM to schedule breakfast delivery. We noticed it was still hanging on the door at 1:30 AM and called the front desk. They assured us it would be picked up, but it wasn't. I called in the morning, and they were really nice about it and treated us to breakfast. Valet, waitstaff, and everyone we encountered were really friendly!
As a 78 year old lady traveling alone, I was overwhelmed. The doorman met me, offered his assistance, and spoke as a friend each time I traversed the lobby. Both mornings I was not ready to have my room cleaned on the hotel's schedule. Patricia of housekeeping was gracious and returned later. I am sure it upset her routine and time to finish her duties, yet she could not have been nicer. I had room service for dinner one night. The food was hot, very good, and delivered within less than 20minutes.
While I was in Colorado Springs for events at the Olympic Training Center, I would like to return to the Radisson for simply a several day vacation of rest and coddling.
