"Barthroom door handle was missing which gave us no privacy. Main door handle don’t always open takes maybe the 10th try to open it. "

"The hotel has 2 pools in the winter. My kids loved the pools. The craft table was fun along with other events. Some issues win the room which staff fixed but it’s kind of a pain to deal with that on vacation. We also had to wait over an hour for pool towels so maybe bring your own"

"The hot tub was broken and colder than the pool. The pool area provided towels but there were hardly any available. There was a pile of vomit on the side of the pool as well. And a mess of people’s trash and used towels everywhere. Elevator to second floor was broken. Rooms were clean but bed was very uncomfortable. "

"Great location in a quiet neighborhood & close to lots of attractions. The house is lovely and very clean, well maintained and plenty of room for our family of 8. Kristina was a great host and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Tons of amenities from the hot tub, swing set, Keurig coffee maker with pods, TV’s in every room, laundry soap, pack n play for the toddler… I could go on & on. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in town, highly recommended."

It was immaculate, inviting, bright and relaxing! The kids absolutely loved the movie theater room! The beds and bedding felt like you were staying at a high-end hotel, so cozy. We would absolutely love to go back again! "
