"ABOVE AND BEYOND! BEST SERVICE EVER!!! This property exceeded our expectations! The service poolside, beachside, restaurants, and deli was beyond excellent! The staff seem to anticipate our every need. Our sons ordered room service EVERY NIGHT after midnight to receive high quality food and service even at those hours!!!! And no additional charge (as I anticipated such). The rooms were phenomenal and were serviced twice every single day: one for cleaning (better than any American hotel room service I’ve ever experienced!) and later in the day for turn down service. I cannot say enough how amazing this resort is. And I cannot imagine a single negative review! My party of 8 are anxiously awaiting plans to return VERY SOON! Phenomenal, all-inclusive resort!! We even ventured off resort a few times to shop, walk, or eat and always felt safe. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Reserve your room(s) NOW! "

"The property itself is not as huge but it was perfect for us and the kids. They offered fun activities and even my 8 and 16 year old enjoyed it. The food was great!! I love the mexican culture so to me it was amazing "

"This resort was a shock to my senses. The Sunrise rooms are standard. We had the family room which is two rooms attached by the door in the middle. We didn’t spend more time on the room but the resort itself was great. The ice cream shops, the golf carts and the staff was great. Drinks were awesome, my kids loved the playroom soooo much they wanted to go before we left the day of. Spa service at the Golf Course was very relaxing and the Awe Princess spa was soooo cuuuttteee. My 4yr old got a facial, mani, pedi and was in a cute little robe. Absolutely looking forward to my next trip back because I didn’t get to do enough."

"Very nice and fancy hotel! Staff was very nice and always willing to help with anything! They even remembered what drinks you like too! Food was good definitely the buffet I think had the best options. Multiple pools was definitely a nice touch sometimes you just wanted to chill somewhere more quiet! The music could have been a little more mainstream and hip hop, lttlel less techno. Overall really nice place and close to the hotel zone which is like 7 minutes walking down the street."
