"I been staying at this location often due to ill family member that lives in the area. Entire staff is amazing I’ve always enjoyed my stay. Although 2 weeks ago I stopped to check rates from hotel vs Expedia and was very disgusted by FRANK the Man at the front desk. He was so rude the way he spoke to me. He seemed bothered by me bothering him and asking questions. I really hope I don’t have to deal with this man again. I love staying here and didn’t want to leave a bad review but this employee should be spoken to about his hospitality and the way he speaks to people. Thank you."

"Had an overnight layover in LA, the hotel is super close to the airport and we utilized the shuttle service to get to/from LAX. We arrived late, but the restaurant was still serving food. Burgers and the salad were delicious and our server was attentive. Even though we only stayed for 5 hours because of our early flight home, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean."

"This appears to be an older hotel that has undergone updating. Our room was very clean, which is the most important thing! Not fancy, but had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Location for the reason we were in LA was good. There were lots of people staying there for the same reason we were there, and that was very fun. This hotel has the best sound-proofing we've ever experienced! We heard nothing from next door or the hallway. As for the staff, tip top in all interactions. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We were happy with our stay."

The Biltmore Los Angeles

"We stayed at the Biltmore Los Angeles for two nights. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to 1) a subway station and 2) good restaurants. We did request no room cleaning, which was fine. Our room had a king bed, as requested, and it was comfortable. Even though we were on the eighth floor, sounds from the street wafted up frequently. The only bad component of the room was the TV remote, which had a low battery or faulty keyboard that prevented easy selection of channels. The bill or guest information was a revelation: a daily $39 destination fee that “included” WiFi access, health club access, domestic pkone calls, and daily credits for food and dry cleaning. We did not use any of these except for the WiFi. The valet parking cost $70 per day."
