"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Only stayed for a night as we were seeing a gig at the Royal Albert Hall. Super convenient location, less than 10 mins to walk to the venue. Science/Natural History Museums all around the corner too, as was South Kensington tube station so very easy to get about. Area was quiet, although busy on a weekday morning as there is a school close by. We booked a budget double room but it was quite spacious, appreciated the AC as it was very hot in London. "No hairdryer or coffee & kettle in the rooms. Breakfast was ok but basic. Need a new toaster. Otherwise good value for money and an excellent location for visiting London. Underground is walking distance away and there are take outs, restaurants and Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S etc in walking distance. No smoking is allowed which is an extra bonus. Clean and tidy rooms. Will go again when visiting London."
