"Elevators very slow . Half of them was out of order . Long wait times at the elevator . Ac unit kept kicking on and off during the night , items at bar and snack bar over priced , $11 for nachos with no extra toppings ,small mixed drinks 11$ dollars depending on what you ordered . Over all very friendly family environment , clean . I will go back , just bring my own snacks . Pools kept very clean . Halls clean . No actual room service though until check out ,which we are fine with but others may...

We had a beach view that was nice. The water park was fun. The pools were clean and closely monitored by staff. I felt very safe!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the Harborside and were allowed to use the pool at the Beach Club side which was great. Loved using the bikes for a ride around the area. Enjoyed waffles for breakfast at the Fish House restaurant on property. The queen room and bathroom were on the smaller side with only one sink. It was manageable for two (though very tight) but would not recommend a family of four stay there. There was light coming in from the top and bottom of the doorway so...
