"Small but very comfortable separate building on the owners’ property in a mature, quiet development. Separate off-street parking with a private access to a private courtyard. Place was perfect for the two of us. It would have been tight with four people (max occupancy). Convenient to downtown Charleston (averaged about a 15 minute drive).
