Pretty much stayed there upon arrival. With restaurants, game room, fitness room and numerous pools, hotubs and easy beach acess we were kept busy with the kiddos. No need to leave.

Overall, it's a great resort. The room was clean and comfortable. It could use a few upgrades. The hotel service was great. The Tiki bar and Beach Shak were great. It was a plus having multiple pools and the lazing river, along with the water slides. The resort could definitely benefit from more staff at the pools, especially at night. Perfect access to the beach, just steps away. We had two days of rain over a five day stay, so the added staff I mentioned could have helped to remove some of the standing water.

The hotel layout and design of the pool area is very good and a lot of fun. But the hotel which we’ve stayed at several times, is starting to look a little tired. We had to pay a $15 a night parking fee, which was not listed anywhere and which we did not recall having to pay in the past. Overall, we and our eight year-old grandson had a great time and a lot of fun.

Overall stay was fine and room was clean. It was missing some basic hygiene items like body wash, body lotion, dishwashing scrubs, paper napkins etc. Management of lost and find items near the pool area can be improved, it is very difficult to search and find items in the large bins which are currently in place.

Great staff, over all helpful! Room was excellent when checked in, clean room overall! Pools and water slides are super fun to spend time with family and children. Easy access to the beach from hotel with stations to wash feet/body! Only down side is if you are driving a larger sized vehicle such as a truck or a suv it will be a bit difficult to maneuver around the parking garage. Careful when turning corners, I thought I had enough space to turn the corner in my pickup truck and ended up slamming into a pillar! In addition the elevators will be a little tight and have a more longer wait time especially on weekends if you are staying on higher floors. Over all great hotel with amazing views from all rooms! Will stay again!

The property is large, checking in is across the road, not super convenient. Didn't interact with a lot of staff. Beach was being reconstructed in front of hotwl during our stay, which was never conveyed and a little bit of a pain. Location is just OK. If you take kids, little kids, it does have a lot to offer.
