"Definitely not as bad as some reviews are saying - I stayed here for 4 days and there weren't many issues. There is a lot of construction going on outside but I was rarely there during the day and it was quiet at night which is what mattered to me. The walls are very thin but other guests were quiet so it wasn't much of a bother. It's no smoking but when the hotel heat turns on you can smell some cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vent, so that was a little annoying. Location is super...

Great option if you just want somewhere to sleep, safe and convenient. "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Great location and easy access from lhr. Two tips. Don’t bother with hotel hoppa bus. Useless, late, detour takes forever to get to Hyatt. Opt for U3 London transport bus from lhr. Very frequent, only 3 stops and cheap. For North American travellers you are asked to open a « tab » at check in. You just don’t give your credit card number and expect to get charged on it for everything like in the U.S. Got into some frustrating situations with receptionist sall over the UK over this. "
