Good place to sray

First of all there were ROACHES we were told that it had been exterminated a week before we arrived the following week still ROACHES running me I killed 4 my husband killed one me Three or 4 got away. The kitchen area by the microwave smelled like urine. The washer leaked me The tub was badly stained.Pictures my fell in off the wall one larger picture had been glued previously it broke in the same spot. The smoke detector was not screwed into the wall they used stickies it fell off the wall.The bed mattress to was almost on the floor. You had to empty your own trash if you were not staying 7days you had to pay $20.00 to have linen changed. There was 1 mini ice tray no ice bucket. The molding around the baseboard had not been dusted in months. The bath tub was not conducent for seniors or people with disability. We were very disappointed stay there at your own risk we would not recommend. We are staying at my another hotel that I booked myself less so call upscale but 100percent better. Very homely. I will not use Expedia or recommend their services to any friends or family.

Great 2bd 2bath oceanfront view. Totally central to shopping, beach, dining, stores, zoo and so much more. Awesome view of the 4th of July fireworks. Super clean throughout. Friendly staff. Warm welcome and quick room service. My to go hotel when staying in Waikiki. Very accommodating I might add.

This was an ideal luxury hotel, if you can afford it, you’d be hard pressed to find anything better on the island.

A lot of kids. Mandatory valet is very pricey. $60 per day + resort fees.

Here’s a polished and balanced version of your review: The lobby and entrance were absolutely beautiful and made a great first impression. The staff on the floors were wonderful, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also had a fantastic time with the outside activities. Unfortunately, our room experience was disappointing. We booked and paid for two oceanfront rooms but only received one. The second room overlooked buildings instead of the ocean. We spoke with the manager, who told us they would try to move us to the correct room the following day, but that never happened. We were later told they were sorry and that the issue was due to bookings made through another party. The rooms themselves were just okay, and the bathrooms were very small. Considering how much we paid for an oceanfront stay, we expected a much better overall experience. Sadly, the accommodations did not meet our expectations.

We are a family of five and the suite/hotel was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Highly recommend.

We love the hotel as it was in the quiet part of town. Secluded and quiet. The beach is behind some corals/rocks so the waves never reach the shore. This is perfect for little kids or adults that want calm waters. Service was amazing and the restaurants within the property are all delicious. We stayed in the dolphin villas and seeing them play around while we sip coffee in our balcony was a one of my favorite daily routines. The hotel shows its age in some very small areas like hall way carpeting but that is just me nitpicking. This is our new favorite hotel in Oahu and we will definitely choose the Kahala Hotel every time we come back.
