East of England Ski Holidays

Room was nice. Cons: Walls needed to be repainted. Bathtub leaked water and tiles were repaired badly. Was only here 2 nights, but our room was not cleaned after the 1st night. We didn't have any sign on the door to dissuade them. Extra bed had a caved in mattress. Pros: They were prompt when we asked for extra towels, additional baggage stands, toilet paper, etc. Welcoming sign on the TVs in our room. The staircase was beautiful and the hotel smelled really nice. The location was amazing, very close to National Gallery and the Circle/District lines on the Tube. The view from our room was very nice. Hotel staff was helpful.

The hotel is fantastic but the service is exceptional.

The hotel's breakfast is unbelievable. It is worth it to stay at this hotel for the breakfast alone. They are exceptionally good at cleaning the room. The staff is most helpful and they have plenty of staff available. I liked the hotel's location, just a couple of blocks from Victoria Station. Also, several good theaters very close.

Honestly have nothing negative to say about hotel. Each and everyone was extremely helpful any time you needed anything. Always available taxi. Full breakfast and food is always good within Riu brand hotels. Thank you all for great hospitality!
