This hotels feels like a 5 star hotel! Great breakfast and clean rooms! I like it so much I booked it again!

The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The location was very convenient and the finishes made for a quaint stay in this boutique hotel.

Staff were awesome - construction made it difficult to relax in your room. Before booking check to see if construction is on then recommend staying somewhere else.

Very clean and prime location

We stayed one night as we were in London for a Birthday celebration. Hotel in wonderful position for theatres, lovely just walking a couple of minutes to restaurant for pre theatre meal then back from Les Mis after show. Reception staff are exceptional, a warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco and a quick check in. We were upgraded to a lovely room, at the front of hotel but no issues with road noise. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we could need and lots of extra touches. At present there is no restaurant for breakfast, this wasn’t an issue for us as so many nice places nearby to choose from. We went into Covent Garden for breakfast at Dishoom. Will definitely choose this hotel for our next stay.
