Fabulous stay - immaculately clean and comfortable spacious room with kitchenette . Very helpful staff , on site parking and rooms were very quiet . Would definitely recommend .

Nice place, very clean and modern my room. Had an nice iron and ironing board, which was great and not so easy to find in hotels now. Easy to access, just use codes supplied in email. Easy to walk into town centre for something to eat or drink. Coop opposite if want snacks and drinks (my room had fridge). Have a cool looking pop up kitchen outside hotel which offers breakfast and food in evening but didn't get chance to try. Overall, nice place and worth the reasonably price and will stay again.

The check in was fairly simple with the codes sent via messages. There was nobody at the property whilst we were there if we did have a problem. Parking is good. The room was advertised to have included breakfast, which was supposed to be a food hut outside, however this was closed on the day went to have breakfast there. The room was really hot as it doesn't have air conditioning. It's alright for a cheap stay on business but in hindsight would have gone for a different budget hotel.

Breakfast is the problem. We were told that Sunday there is no breakfast, which is not written anywhere on the website; so we had to have - and pay for - breakfast somewhere else. Then, when we had breakfast the other days, we were asked to order the evening before (not written on Expedia as well) and what we were given was barely enough. We all had to spend extra money to reach a very minimum bearable breakfast - as we are people who were in Peterborough to work, not holiday.
