Great two night stay

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable and close to Harry Potter Studios. Free minibar in premier room. Spacious room (104) with large bathroom away from main bedroom area. Food was a little pricey but expected at hotels and was delicious. Good breakfast.

Good stay - hotel was clean, modern and tidy. The bar was well serviced, breakfast was good quality however it was rather busy and took a while to get service but this wasn’t down to staff not working - probably because we were at peak time. Would stay again

Turned up an hour early and was unable to check in. Was told to wait in the bar area and would be notified when my room became available. Staff didn’t bother and I went up 14:00 on the dot to check in. Then stuck me with the trainee. 3 customers after me checked in before me with the experienced staff member. All internal phones were down during my staff meaning I couldn’t order room service. Had to call using mobile to reception and the re-routed to room service.

Pleasant experience, nice and clean room, delicious buffet breakfast, excellent and friendly staff. This hotel is in the suburbs but close enough to drive to Harry Potter. London zone 1 is quite far. The best way to get to London is via train and then the Tube.

I guess we didnt have enough time to enjoy or relax as we were there for ny daughters wedding . A bit disappointed by our room it wasn't to our standards and the front desk receptionist seemed to be confused too.

Great stay. Enjoyed the daily breakfast there, comfortable bed, very nice lobby and bar. Lots of families staying there. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room tho. The hotel manager, Christian, went above and beyond giving us advice about driving the rental vehicle towards planning our trips. Harry Potter Warner Bros studio is about 35 minutes away. The Hemel-Hempstead train station is about 5 miles away. Recommend it and the Tube as transportation to/from London zone 1.
