As a platinum member, I expected a free upgrade. The upgrade was offered at extra charge. The room was tiny max 3,30m x 5 .00 m no place to put a suit case. Had to climb over it to get to the bathroom. Minibar was missing all alcoholic drinks. Tea making facilities consisted of a kettle. Bottled water HK$20 for 500ml , no tea, no coffee no cups. Bathroom had long hair from previous occupant(s). Noisy, poor soundproofing. Felt like I was on a ship with throbbing motors. Even asking to store my suitcase for 3 hrs cost HK$20. Am only surprised they didn’t try charging for toilet paper by the sheet.

Very friendly staff. Only the property is a bit old so equipment and fixtures are not quite up to date.

The hotel is relatively tiny in size. Although the room type was upgraded, it remained small. Staff are pleasant. The hotel is in a great position, with easy access to the train station and restaurants.
