Exceeded my expectations in every way. If I were to put it in one word. Would be “surreal”. Highly recommend especially to travellers who know how to get around by mtr.

The room was a good size and comfortable. There were a proper desk and chair. Also a sofa makes a nice touch.

The room clean and staffs very nice, convenience to go everywhere : shopping, eating and training station. Even the bad weather still have a lot of entertainment inside the shopping mall

The property is a little old and lacking in power sockets, but other than that, the experience was great. Very impressed by how quickly the phone is answered when we called for reception – Practically instantaneous, the few times I called.

The hotel looks nice until you reach the room. Everything looked better than the room did. The room was ok but not what I expected. The room had an akward set up and the carpet was all stained. The door was so heavy to open that it would be difficult for some people. The biggest downside was the room that we had. Looked nicer in the pictures. The location worked well as it was close to public transit, attached to a mall and close enough to the places we wanted to see. The staff were also great and helpful. They were able to help with any questions that we had.
