Great location. Beachfront view, easy access to the water and multiple options for food in walking distance.

Terribly run down. Attention to detail throughout the property, especially maintenance very poor.

Customer service was probably the highlight. Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel amenities were great, we loved the pool and spa. Buffet breakfast was also great.

The room service must be improved. The room was not cleaned on one night while the service signal was on before we went out in the morning. The carpet was always not vacuumed over the 7-day stay as the dust and tissue paper residual could still be seen.

The room, which had a lovely view included breakfast, free, shuttle service from the bottom of the hill and free shuttle service into town.

The room was incredible. We stayed in a suite on the second floor and the view over the pool and to the ocean was gorgeous. The whole resort is really beautiful and well maintained with plenty on offer. We also made the most of private cabana dining one night and private beach dining another night which both served absolutely incredible food and beverages.
