Dedham Vale Pet-friendly Holidays

We had a Wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was outstanding! Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the relaxing beautiful back garden was lovely to sit in. We couldn't have asked for a better stay in London and we highly recommend the Miiro Templeton Garden.

The room was small but overall stay was good. Breakfast was really good.

Lovely stay as always, check in staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and they even provided free snacks for my infant baby. Super nice location too, needless to say.

This is the first time Expedia has let me down. What a disappointment. Not worth the money for the high rate we paid; could be worth it at a more reasonable price point. This place holds itself out as boutique and luxury, but it felt like an aging transplant from 1990s Miami Beach. Maintenance and design: Lobby toilet out of order, one of only two elevators out of order. No stairs from guest rooms to the lobby; no bathroom door in our guest room. Needs a coat of paint or something. Positives: excellent air conditioning during a heat wave, comfy bed, well appointed bathrooms with outstanding water pressure, great linens,clean room, mostly nice staff. Location steps from Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, theaters, coffee shop attached to hotel. I think all this might have won me over in the end but for the billing kerfuffle. Here’s what happened: when we checked in, the hotel insisted on adding a 50 pounds PER NIGHT for a rollaway bed fee for my child traveling with us, saying I booked for 2 when I remembered booking for 3. We were already paying quite a lot, and I have NEVER been charged a fee for a rollaway bed at a good hotel beyond a tip to the person who delivers it. The manager agreed to take off a few nights of the charge, and I figured OK, sh!t like this happens when you travel. But then at checkout, the bill did not reflect the accommodation! The desk clerk fixed the issue quickly, but the whole episode felt shady and colored my whole experience of the hotel.
