The iron had gunk which burned a hole in the slacks I was ironing. Had to fill out a report and ended up getting some hotel credit for the hotel restaurants. The lady at the front desk was really kind and helpful. She made the difference between 1 star and 3 stars.

The rooms are outdated, there is no coffee machine, I understand that these is a casino hotel and smoke is acceptable, but the entire hotel smells like a big cigarette tray.
