I didn’t utilize the hot tub or pool but the room was clean, jacuzzi clean, and Denny’s breakfast being attached is super convenient Hotel bar drinks and food were also good, no complaints!

The location was convenient to many restaurants and bars and subway access. We loved the suite room because it didn’t disturb late night activity goings and comings.

The hotel overall is quite nice. I was happy with the accessibility of the property, the cleanliness and the staff. I was surprised with the lack of options of cocktails at the bars. The hotel was kind of like a resort in that the wifi only works in main lobby areas. The parking was covered and easy to get to. I enjoy seeing the horse races from the room!

The staff was wonderful. The room was a little small and could use better lighting and storage for clothing. Over all it has what you need and was clean.

Absolutely love the location. Right in the heart of Port Credit and right beside the river. Lovely walking paths, a wealth of restaurants to choose from, coffee shops etc. For the price, this place is excellent. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the staff are very responsive. It is a bit dated cosmetically, but the positives far outweigh this. Highly recommend.

There should be bars or rails in the shower for safety. The kitchen amenities need refreshing. Not enough cutlery etc, and very poor quality. The living room area could use some colour - it is very sterile in appearance.
