Lovely big apartment with under floor heating and excellent mountain views, set it beautiful gardens. Easy access to local area, lots of shops and restaurants at five mile. Walking along the river nearby was a highlight too, as was the very friendly Oscar the cat. Only slight negative was limited kitchen space, a bit tricky when cooking for 4 people, but overall a great stay and highly recommend.

Here's a polished rewrite:
We stayed for two nights and, although we hadn't booked a car park and they were fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to sort one out for us.We upgraded to the Penthouse Loft and it was absolutely worth it. The suite featured a full-sized kitchen, a spacious lounge area, and a separate bedroom with an ensuite-style bathroom complete with both a shower and bath. Thoughtful extras such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath salts, bed socks, and robes were all provided. To top it off, the stunning views and private jacuzzi/spa made the experience even more special.The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all while enjoying beautiful views of the lake. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist with all your needs. Overall, a fantastic stay that we would highly recommend.
