Lovely hotel and staff, valet bumped our car and the process involved was a bit stressful, however it eventually got sorted but disappointed that we had to go to the front desk and vent our frustration that nothing was offered, even a apology, but they did upgrade us to a sea view room when we asked but I felt they should have offered us something instead of us asking them. Anyway apart from that nothing to complain about, lovely hotel, staff and location
