Nice sized room, clean, washing machine/dryer combo, great size shower, clean & modern. Only downside with 4 people there isn’t much room for luggage but we made it work. Also having hand soap in the bathroom with the toilet would be nice.

The staff is very nice and really trying to help but doesn’t know English at all..
The property is very nice, the lobby is nice and big and comfortable and the Japanese garden is amazing.
One very big problem was the beds, so uncomfortable!!! Couldn’t sleep at night and woke up with a back pain. Very extra hard mattress.

Beds were little on hard side. Not the most comfortable also not uncomfortable, just OK

Fabulous hotel! The staff are very friendly and professional. There are excellent food options if you’re looking to stay in and relax.
Great location with proximity to Shinjuku proper and Shinjuku station- making it very convenient to the majority of Tokyo. We had a beautiful room with very comfortable beds and a lovely view. We will definitely be back!
