"The hotel staff were kind and courteous. When we checked in we were greeted with a clean and spacious room. Clean bathroom and even am aminity bar in the lobby that we could choose a variety of items. We loved using the different bath salts each night. The breakfast area was large and had a significant amount of options. Typical Japanese fare plus a number of western options as well. We were able to try something new each morning we were there. The location couldn't be more convenient. Right across from Shiomi station and there is a grocery store on one side plus a family mart in the hotel lobby. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

"I book two rooms. When we checked in by automated machine. Our rooms were not next to each other. Also, I would like to see a complimentary coffee or tea station in lobby. Places don’t open early in Japan. "

"I recently stayed at the Grand Nikko and was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight—delicious, high-quality, and a perfect way to start the day. One of the biggest perks for me was the on-site convenience store (konbini). It had a surprisingly large variety of snacks, drinks, and essentials, which made late-night cravings or quick grabs incredibly easy. Above all, the staff were wonderful; they were consistently kind and professional, making the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Highly recommended!"

"It’s a really nice hotel and very clean. Keep in mind that it is a resort hotel so you’re bound to dining in the restaurants at the hotel. You can’t easily go out and find other restaurants. There is also a Lawson there for convenience. You also have to pay to use the pool too."

"We had a comfortable stay and loved that there was a free shuttle to Disney Parks and nearby train stations. The Airport Limousine Shuttle Bus picked up right out front and took us to Narita Airport which was extremely convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and themed rooms."
