'We reserved a 1 bedroom suite, expecting to be on a higher floor,but were placed on the second floor, with a view of a parking lot and construction. We experienced construction noise early Saturday morning and did not appreciate having to be woken up before 7am. We tried to change to a better room, but all we were offered was a downgrade to a King room. For the price we paid, it was a rip off.
