The room was cute, balcony was amazing and had a great view of the canal and mountains. The staff were friendly and polite. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was even better.

Beautiful room and super clean. Absolutely love the ocean and city view from thd balcony. Downstairs is gorgeous and the elevators are fast. A+++ all the way!

Rooms were good, although they put us on two different floors. Also would have been nice to have food and drink service near the lobby area. Having to go to the 5th floor by the pool in the wind and rain wasn’t ideal, and we found ourselves in the lovely lobby area just sitting there waiting for the rain to lighten up.

My most favorite place to stay in Waikiki! Wonderful staff, always excellent service no matter what part of the hotel, wonderful location for activities, restaurants and shopping and so much to do in and around the beach! My 3rd stay and I will certainly be back again. I also recommend it to all my friends. Thank you again for another memorable stay!
