The front staff was friendly. The room was adequate. We read about this Ascot online and it was not as put forth, said one could walk to the cruise port, and there was breakfast. Neither are true, it was an outdated website. Traveller beware of wrong not up to date web pages.

Room great ! Having to travel to a different location in the rain was Terrible! Would not stay there again! Had to do the same of site location when leaving to drop key

House and Leisure Centre were very clean. Great ammenities. Outlook to the bush was relaxing.

Location was excellent - close to all the southbank attractions and restaurants. while apartment facilities met expectations - accomodation was tired eg. dirty carpets; torn curtain and calcified shower screens ....it actally needed a detail clean.

Pleasant staff. Helpful to have a restaurant on site. Wish there was more parking available - Its not ideal showing up with a vehicle and not knowing if youll have a place to park. Good location. No gym unfortunately
