Sunshine Coast Waterfront All inclusive Holidays

I had an issue with the cleanliness of the room. I found someone else’s blood on my clean towels which creeped me out a little bit.

I’d definitely stay here again. The staff and everything about the hotel was first class. The rooms are clean and comfortable with some nice touches. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming The valet parking was easy and convenient. The hotel is situated well but for the city centre, shopping and restaurants it could be quite a walk for some ( about 1 - 1.5 miles) for us it was no problem

Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Our only issue was the air conditioning which would not go below 22 deg

Great place for a family stay

The unit we had had spectacular views and was newly renovated. The spa bath was wonderful and the special glass next to the spa which could be made opaque to allow the view to be seen from the spa was fabulous. The position was not convenient to local shops unless you had a car. The Car Park was hard to manuever in due to design. Unfortunately there were surrounding building works which destroyed the amenity outside the building.

I love this hotel - the rooms are gorgeous and the bathtub wonderful. Never disappoints.

Comfortable beds and easy access to trains

Property is in need of an update.

I love this hotel - the rooms are gorgeous and the bathtub wonderful. Never disappoints.

Close to lots of eating places and supermarket, great location. Really good bed, our room was very quiet and a good size. The kitchen was excellent. Decor needs redoing, but nice enough. Ceiling air transfer cover in bedroom was filthy. TV rendomly turned on at 4am one night!

Great location for events at the Convention Centre. Plenty of places to go in the evenings within an easy walk.
