Front desk, The bellman helped me with my luggage, the suttle driver, the trolley drivers were amazing, they gives us great welcome, and excellent service. The staff from restaurants are fantastic, they gives us great service. I really recommend Mousai Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ( adults only) has great views, clean rooms, great environment, amazing service. Love this place, definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic experience at Capitalia Tres Mares. The place is modern, well maintained, and impeccably clean. The amenities and the location near the beach/marina made the stay even better, and the team was always available and helpful. We’ll be back.

Great location with fabulous views! The bells 🔔 & gongs are never ending but very rarely did they bother us! Incredibly charming over all!

The entire staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had about events or dining. What a fabulous place and great team run by the Palladium group. The Bell Desk team was super helpful on check in and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Concierge service was always there waiting to answer our questions.
