The views are amazing. The place is clean, some loud neighbors but inside of the room is nice. I wish they had a small shop for basics or snacks, drinks, etc. the staff were great! Definitely will stay there next time in San Carlos.

What a sweet place! Obviously we're here in the off-season and mid week, as there are only 2-3 other rooms booked tonight. But I'm so impressed! Right on the beach, the facilities are authentic and well-cared for. We went to dinner down the street at the main resort, and had great service. We would stay here again in a heartbeat..

This property exceeded my expectations. It’s conveniently located near restaurants and the boat marina—especially accessible if you have a car. Security presence was consistent and reassuring, making me feel very safe throughout my stay. They also went above and beyond by informing us about high tides and the best times to enjoy the water. Beach hotel.

It was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be perfect if there was a bar and a simple restaurant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again. It’s a little tricky getting down to walk on the beach but once we got down there it was a nice walk.

I love this place and have stayed many times. The rooms are spacious and generally clean. This time I was very very disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. Hair on the shower wall, the plug for the tub did not work and the fan sound was loud and disturbing! I registered these complaints and the front desk seemed not to care about my experience at all.

Property was secure and quiet. The staff was very nice! It was off season, and the bar and restaurant were closed. There are no vending machines or other ways to get food or drink. It was a little off putting after travelong all day, that we had to leave the hotel to get bottled water, dinner, and snacks.

Nice spot!

I have stayed here many times. Love the pool and hot tub. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The place is well cared for. It seems pricey tho. It is quite a drive to go anywhere and there is no breakfast, restaurant or bottled water. I’m not sure I will stay again. There was very loud music almost all night long next door. Not the hotel’s fault but still we didn’t get any sleep.

This is my second stay at the hotel and it did not disappoint. Every room has a balcony with a gorgeous ocean view. Large heated pool and jacuzzi. There’s no space to place a towel on the beach but it is a prime snorkeling spot (there’s a ladder to easily get into the water). The sister hotel, which is located on the beach, is an easy and safe 10 minute walk. You get access to their amenities just by staying at this hotel. The room was huge, great shower and AC, and a big comfy bed. Fantastic option for staying in San Carlos. I’ll be back.

Loved the view and the rooms were spacious. Wifi never worked in any of our 3 different rooms. Their shower heads definitely need an update. Water pressure was spotty and completely stopped working in one room. Leaky toilet in our other room. Ran all night. Very loud and annoying.

We loved our room. It was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfy. The shower was awesome! Plenty of water, pressure and hot water. The kitchenette had everything we needed. And the ocean view is spectacular. The disappointing thing is that there is no access to a sandy beach without getting in the car and driving to the sister property a few hundred yards down the road. And, the swimming pool doesn't open until 9 AM. There is access to the water and it might have good snorkeling. But if you're looking for a sunrise or sunset beach walk, you're out of luck without getting into your car.
