The property is very good, room space big enough, however when I check in there’s a front staff who’s name is Amor, served with bad attitude, I told her there’s a bag missing from our luggage, she say” your room is not ready you don’t need your luggage”, I know but I al looking for my luggage, she ask” do you need your luggage now?” I said no I don’t need the luggage now but I am telling you that I am missing 1 bag, she said because you don’t need your luggage now? I was so confused, so where is the missing bag? She said if you don’t need your luggage your luggage will be put in the bell room, do you want take it with you?
Then why just tell me the bag is in the bell room instead keep asking me do I need my luggage.
