Traveling with three generations, from age 10 to 78, it can be hard to find a place that works for everyone, but this property absolutely delivered.The home itself has everything you could possibly need. It’s so well thought out and equipped that you hardly need to reach out for anything. That said, Greg, Gina, and Ramon were fantastic, responsive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful when needed.The location is hard to beat. Being so close to the water made a huge difference, and the ocean was calm and swimmable for all ages, which gave everyone the chance to enjoy it safely. The pool and bar area were a highlight of the trip, we spent so much time there together, relaxing, laughing, and just enjoying being with family.One of the things we appreciated most was the balance of sun and shade throughout the day. Whether you wanted to lounge in the sun or cool off in the shade, there was always a comfortable spot. Everything was spotless and clearly very well maintained.We rented an ATV to get around, and honestly, that was all we needed for the entire stay. There’s a full grocery store about 20 minutes away for larger trips, and smaller local shops about 5 minutes away that are perfect for quick restocks.This place is something special. If you’re looking for a property that brings people together, makes things easy, and delivers an unforgettable experience, this is it."

"This property is in a fantastic Oceanside location. Our group of 4 stayed for 2 nights in a standard room. We were next to one of the hot tubs and by a gate to the sea. Great food, great drinks and the staff was very helpful. We had a problem with our door lock and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. We would stay here again."

"The location is amazing. Right on the beach. And that's what we were looking for. It accommodated our large group nicely. My only disappointment was the fact the overall place is tired and hasn't been updated. The dishwasher didn't work, the stove/oven needed to be lit with a lighter and we had a fireball explosion when lighting the oven, and we are very lucky the damage to my son wasn't worse. (His eyebrow was singed off) and lost the hair on one arm, but most importantly, it could have been worse. We also had an AC unit in one room that leaked so terribly, it flooded that side of the floor in one room. Some of twinkly lights outside did not function and the Spa/Hot tub did not work when we arrived. A technician came out to fix it but it never got very warm. So overall, the house feels like it's just not being tended to very closely. We had a great time, as we were there for a wedding so only used the kitchen one night. "
