"Staying with Fred was just what we needed for our city break, the room and location was always clean and tidy, no fuss or bother and the staff were ALL truly excellent and that goes for the reception team, breakfast crew even the cleaners were happy positive and were a joy to chat with. The location was excellent too being right next to the train and a perfect distance for walking."

"good budget friendly rooms in the heart of zurich and a 10 mins walk from the train station. the neighborhood has a very dynamic nightlife and is filled with restaurants, nightclubs and bars. it’s very fun to walk around in during the day but it’s not the most family-friendly area at night. a lot of drunk people hanging outside. the entrance is through a convenience store (open 24h) and the hotel reception is at the cash register of said store. the rooms are definitely not the nicest and you...

"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"Property is in a scenic setting close to Lake. Had eclectic decor which we loved. Staff Mr. Paul was very kind and helped us to call and lodge complaint when I lost my cell phone in train. They also had amazing beveled station! I would definitely stay there in my next trip."

"Unclear was that our room was actually in a building a quick block north. But front desk staff escorted us directly to our room. The room was very spacious, beds cozy, ample plugs. Bathroom/Shower were common but the building so quiet we encountered nobody else. Great location to everything. 100% would stay again."

The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and we appreciated the adjoining rooms our family shared. The cows with bells in the pasture next to us was a beautiful sound.This is one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve ever had. The history and charm of the Chateau could quickly be felt upon arrival and did not disappoint for the rest of our stay!
