"Highly recommend this hotel! We came in August during a heatwave and the air conditioning worked well here. The breakfast was phenomenal—tons of variety, a made to order omelette station, great buffet options. We booked a room with two twin beds that were comfortable, though the floor space was small it still fit our big suitcases. The location was great since it’s right between two tram stops (and the trams and buses were easy to figure out by the end of the first day there). The bathrooms could have used a ceiling fan for the shower to prevent all the steam build up but not a big deal. The WiFi worked great."

"The hotel had about 10 parking spaces in front but they rented those out to a dealership to make extra money. So we had to use the underground parkade. We went out for supper and were told that parking is free by a receptionist who barely spoke German, the next morning we were charged 22 CHF for the parkade."
