"We were greeted with afternoon tea which was really nice. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. They even drew a diagram of where the bottled water was placed in the room (the refrigerator and water was inside a wall cabinet that we had not noticed). "Great service from housekeeping to front desk. I have two issues. One is the bed is not that comfortable. Felt the springs from the mattress. Second, even though the room descriptions had the same square footage, many of the rooms on one side of the building have a small balcony. The rooms on the other side of the building have no balcony. So the rooms with balcony have noticably smaller usable space."

"Booked a king bed room, very spacious. French provincial ecor a little dated but clean. Four poster bed and huge bathroom with javuzzi tub. Four free bottles of water a day, free toiletries that included toothbrushes but bring your own shampoo. Super comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Breakfast traditional western fare and asian, not included in basic rate but worth the added charge."
