This hotel was very clean and a great location literally steps to the MTR. The staff was extremely friendly and I will stay here on my next trip. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance

The room we stayed was quite comfortable. We like the bed and the pillows. However there was not enough chairs to sit and the table was rather small to put our things. We could hear door slams from the surrounding units which was quite a shock at times.

Second time here and I will not come back. Stains all over the carpet, no bottled water, no soap by the sink (that’s not an amenity…). If you want to sleep, forget about it, the walls are paper thin. I could actually hear my neighbors’ conversations and their bad singing. I also got a rude reminder at 10:40am that check out was at 11am.

The room is not having much sound proof. Noise from the street is almost like window’s being wide open. While guests from next room, if they speak a bit louder, the content of their conversation is clear enough at night time. If other guests opens their door or close their room doors, also can be heard clearly. The bed and the pillow are very hard, but this is personal preference.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Les lieux sont impeccablement propres et le personnel est très accueillant. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement quelques pas d’une station de métro, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements dans la ville. Depuis l’aéroport, il est très facile de rejoindre l’hôtel grâce à un autobus de type voyageur qui s’arrête tout près – un trajet confortable pour seulement quelques dollars. Le quartier est vivant, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. En bonus, un magnifique temple se trouve à quelques minutes à pied. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

⸻ “Staff were helpful and friendly, and the robot that delivers items to your room was a nice touch. However, there were some issues that impacted my stay. There was no soap by the wash basin, which meant I had to bring the shower soap over each time I wanted to wash my hands—very inconvenient. More seriously, I experienced bug bites during my stay, which has me concerned there may have been bed bugs. Out of caution, I canceled my reservation for my return trip. I hope the hotel looks into it thoroughly, as this could really affect other guests.”

1. 不再提供早餐 No breakfast anymore 2. 某樓層的房間發霉的味道非常重 3. 開始的時候員工不願意替我們換房，最後實在受不了發霉的味道，才願意幫我們換房。但是換了一間還在打掃的房間，打掃阿姨幫忙告知櫃檯員工，搞了一大輪終於成功拿房 Ps. 住了這邊很多次，質素差了很多，下次不會住

Very accommodating staff - requested non carpet room and they have obliged the following times I’ve asked for it. However the non carpeted rooms are only on the fourth floor. Wish they would also bring back the breakfast - it was good when it lasted. Very convenient location however the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors quite clearly.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed in this property. One suggestion, they should replace the carpet in the room. It's really dirty. If they will be replacing the carpet, they should select the type that doesn't really show the stain easier. They shouldn't have selected plain beige color
