"The staff was wonderful. I love the snacks and coffee they have at the property. They only have one washer and dryer but I didn’t find it was troublesome to use it. Transportation is mainly good, just few minutes from the station. Room is okay. Overall I would stay in this hotel again."

"Very nice stay after flying all day and night I needed a comfortable bed and shower and Comma did more than enough to provide me with what I needed to reset and recharge front desk was good with English and they had free drinks in the lobby and a microwave in the lounge on the 15th floor would recommend to anyone"

"This hotel was an excellent stay for a family of 4 with two children. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and responsive for connecting us with drivers for airport and day trips we were planning. The lounge is quite special with Photo Booth, air hockey and arcade basketball that can be played free of charge. Breakfast sandwiches are sourced from a vendor 1 block from the hotel. Lastly, staff went above and beyond to secure a belonging we had left behind after we had checked out. The Western theme is quirky and memorable, though probably works better on non-American foreigners haha. My only suggestion to improve would be to have more lighting in the bathroom sink area of the room. Fawn group hotels will be at the top of our list for future stays in Taiwan and wherever they expand to!"

"Went there with my son for a week and boy was it the perfect place. The MRT was literally across the street. 7/11 and family mart convenience stores and the best beef noodle place 2 blocks away. Night market down the street. Now for the hotel. The room was nice and cozy. 1 king comfortable bed with sink in the same room. Perfect to sleep and take lots of showers. They have an iPad in the room to close the blinds and curtains and lights and temperature. Super convenient. Loved our housemaid. She brought us water and towel every day despite us not having it turned over. Always smiling and happy. Great energy. The 2nd floor lounge had a bar with good drinks and great coffee and the best dessert. Lemon glaze cake was my fav. Food is open 24 hrs. Happy hours and BOGO libations. They have couches to sit after a long day of walking and Just relaxed in the AC. Front desk very helpful and super nice. Great hotel for price and value. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks Citizen M. Rob C."

"This hotel is in an amazing location, is clean, well-maintained and has very helpful staff all for a fantastic price-point. It has kiosk-style self check-in but don't let this fool you into thinking you're in a no-frills budget hotel. Check-in is easy and smooth and there are plenty of amenities in the hotel. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. When I go back to Taipei, I'm definitely staying at this hotel again."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Taipei Oani Hotel. The location was excellent—right across from the West Gate area (台北西門町商圈核心), with a nearby subway station that made it easy to get around the city. It was convenient for sightseeing, dining, and exploring Taipei. The service was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer our questions about the city and how to get around. Their recommendations and assistance made our visit much easier and more enjoyable. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras offered by the hotel, including free snacks and beer in the evening. In the afternoon, they provided free ice cream for the kids, which was a nice touch and something our family really enjoyed. Overall, Taipei Oani Hotel was comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly. We would be happy to stay there again on a future trip to Taipei."
