Great if TV program cld include some free English / Chinese movie channels, Thk u - overall enjoyed my 4 night’s stay & will certainly return. "
"great location convenient for public transport. facility is quite old, shower head keeps falling off, air con control doesn't work properly and toilet is a bit smelly."
"Don't let the outside fool you - the hotel itself is lovely and well maintained. The room was clean and the front desk people were always helpful. A great deal for a bustling area."

"Friendly staff. First time I am in a hotel where the reception is in the basement. And the basement guest area is awesome with free snacks (ramen, egg buns, chips, etc.), games, and armchairs.
Our room was small but sufficient for a couple nights. The bathroom had a large shower.
Highly recommend the place!"
"Very clean and comfortable. One must get used to eco-friendly philosophy of the property, but very important for our planet. We all need to help using less energy and making more green house gases. The coffee and tea services were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent and lots of good Japanese and Continental breakfast choices. "
"Great location as amongst all of the action in Ximen but just a street back away from the bustle. Just over 5+ minute walk to Ximen MRT EXIT 6.
Stayed in twin room which was clean and spacious.
Was nice to have the communal room/kitchen option upstairs L15 with microwave and water/tea/coffee.
Aircon in room was not overly strong even on lowest temp (I was in TPE with excessive heat time of year) and mini bar not super cold either and had no temperature setting (but these 2 things were bearable and kinda expected for this standard of hotel). Reception staff was a bit hit and miss with friendliness but overall had a great stay here. "
"I enjoyed my stay and will stay again next time I am in Taipei. Very clean, staff and service excellent, location great near MRT station and shops. I was also upgraded to bigger room. "
